0,75 km swimming - Number of laps: 1
20 km bike - Number of laps: 2
5 km run - Number of laps: 3

Description of the Courses:

SWIMMING (0,75 km, 1 lap):
Lake Košín.
Start: beach mass start or deep water (depends on the actual weather conditions)
Finish: 50 m bellow the checking area T:1.
The track is marked by buoys. Followed by a run in the checking area T1.

BIKE (20 km, 2 laps - 10 km):
Undulating and technical course mostly in the town, fully closed.
Local communications - direction: Chotoviny - Mladá Vožice and back.
The track is marked by yellow arrows.

RUN (5 km, 3 laps - 1,66 km):
Flat town circuit. The circuit is marked with lime line along the entire route and tickets. Finish: tř. 9. Května street.

Refreshment Station:

During the courseof the next circuit will be available to run a refreshment station, which will bring clean water. The objective of the event will be water, rice pudding, fruit and biscuits
In the finish area: drinks, rice pudding, fruits and biscuits

- Promoter accepts no competitorfor responsibility for any injury, and property.
- Compete with the existing rules by the ITU for the European junior Cup 2013
- Race Tri suit (only by ITU rules)
