Distances:

0,75 km swimming - start - finish course
20 km bike - 2 laps
5 km run - 3 laps

Description of the Courses:

SWIMMING (0,75 km, start - finish course):
Lake Jordán. Start: 300 m to the right from the swimming finish line
Start mechanism: beach mass start or starting dive from a stage (depends on the actual weather conditions)
Finish: 100 m bellow the transition area.
The track is marked by buoys. Followed by a 100m hill up run in the transition area on the T.G. Masaryk square (Race Center).

BIKE (20 km, 2 laps per 10 km):
Undulating and technical course mostly in the town, fully closed.
Local communications - direction: Chotoviny - Mladá Vožice and back.
The track is marked by yellow arrows.

RUN (5 km, 3 laps per 1,66 km):
Flat town circuit.
The circuit is completely marked by lime line up to the finish line on the T.G.Masaryk square.

Refreshment Station:

During the race: available in each of running laps. Served will be water and other refreshment depending on the weather conditions.
In the finish area: drinks, rice pudding, fruits and biscuits

- All competitors participate at their own risk.
- Promoter does not accept any responsibility for injuries and material losses with exception of material losses in the transition area from the check-in to the check out time.
- Competition will be organized according the ITU rules for the European junior Cup 2011
- Race Tri suit (only by ITU rules)
